The aim of this paper was to develop and validate a PCR method for identification of pork protein DNA in feed. Based on the results obtained, validation parameters were determined. The following values were obtained: 97.5%, accuracy, 96.7% sensitivity, and 100% specificity. The detection limit of the method was determined at a level of 0.1%.
